Before you start
Make sure you have the order you want to refund to hand. How to search for a gift card or customer.
1 ᐧ Go to the order page
Navigate to the order page for the gift card you want to refund.
2 ᐧ Click Actions
Click the Actions button in the top right corner of the page to reveal the available options.
3 ᐧ Select Refund order
Click Refund order from the dropdown, select the order, enter a reason for the refund, and confirm.
💡 Good to know: Refund reasons are stored against the order for reference, making it easy to track and report on refunds later.
