Sometimes refunds are unavoidable - that’s why we’ve made them simple and hassle-free.
Just go to the order page for the voucher you want to refund. In the top right corner, you’ll see an actions button.
Click on it to reveal several options, including "Refund order."
From there, you can select the order, enter a reason, and issue the refund, it’s a simple as that.
