Complimentary gift cards are easily issued, from the admin dashboard go to the gift card dashboard and click "Create order", you'll be sent to your store.
While on your store, logged in as your admin user, you can use your store exactly the same as any customer would, add the gift card to your basket and proceed to checkout.
At the checkout you'll be presented with additional payment options.
Select complimentary, provide a reason and click complete.

Can complimentary gift cards be posted to the customer?
Yes - Checkout as normal and select postal delivery and provide the customers address, our team will print, pack and post as usual.
Do your fees apply to complimentary orders?
No, there are no fees from Glu for complimentary orders.
