Before you start
Make sure you have the gift card code or customer's name to hand.
1 ᐧ Open global search
Click the search icon in the main admin navigation. The global search bar will appear.
2 ᐧ Search for a gift card or customer
Type the gift card code or customer name into the search field. Matches will appear as you type - click on the correct result to go straight to the gift card or customer profile.
💡 Good to know: Global search works across both gift cards, redemption code, email and customers names, so you can use the same search to find anything without switching between sections.
