Before you start
Make sure your members have access to their Glu digital wallet. How to enrol members into your membership plan.
1 ᐧ Log in to the digital wallet
Members can log in at [brandname.glu.io/wallet]
2 ᐧ Open the membership details
Click on the membership card to open the details panel.
3 ᐧ Go to Manage membership
Scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Manage membership. This opens the account area, where members can manage their membership and personal information.
4 ᐧ Cancel the membership
To cancel, click Cancel membership and confirm the choice in the pop-up that follows. Once confirmed, the membership will be cancelled immediately.
💡 Good to know: Members manage their own cancellations directly, so there's no need for your team to process these requests manually.
