How does a member cancel their membership?
Log in to the Glu digital wallet [brandname.glu.io/wallet]
Click on the membership card to open the details panel
Scroll to the bottom and click Manage membership
From the account area, they can manage their membership and personal information
To cancel, click Cancel membership
A confirmation pop-up will appear — once confirmed, the membership will be cancelled
