2 ᐧ Create your first flow in Klaviyo
To find a list of triggers in Klaviyo first create a new flow, then click 'Your metrics' and select Glu.
The list of available events will vary based on your Glu implementation, some of the most commonly used are shown in the table below.
Metric name | Triggers when |
Joined membership plan | When a new member enrols to a plan. |
Received credit | When a members credit balance is updated. |
Changes membership tier | When a member moves up/down a tier. |
Referral completed | When a referred customer uses their code. |
Heads up - Glu can also send messages from its own workflows. To avoid duplicates, make sure no message is attached to your Glu workflow.
3 ᐧ Build your first personalised message
Once you have selected the trigger from the 'Your metrics' tab, you can then go ahead and start building the rest of your messaging flow and move onto the content.
