Before you start Make sure your membership plan is live and set to Active. <a href="https://help.glu.io/en/articles/15362747-how-to-configure-your-membership-plan">How to configure your membership plan.</a>

Tap the Membership button from your Lightspeed home screen to open the Glu panel.

Under the Invite a member section, enter the customer's email address and tap Send invite. The customer will receive a branded email invitation to sign up for your membership plan.

💡 Good to know: The customer signs up on their own device at their own pace, no need to hand over the iPad or complete the sign-up at the POS.
