Activating the integration & linking your Lightspeed account
The first step is to activate Lightspeed as an integration in Glu.
The first time you activate the Lightspeed integration, you'll be transferred to Lightspeed backoffice where you'll be asked to login if you're not already, and authorise Glu to access your Lightspeed account.
Once you authorise you'll be automatically sent back to Glu to finish setting up the integration.
If you've already connected Lightspeed you can find out more by going to settings, then integrations and then Lightspeed.
Request Lightspeed setup Real Time Notifications (RTN)
Our team will contact Lightspeed support requesting they enable RTN and will include you in the email communication for visibility, this can take 1-2 days for Lightspeed to put in place.
Map the locations
Both Lightspeed and Glu maintain a list of locations for your organisations, for most these will represent your physical venues.
To ensure we understand where events that happen at your Lightspeed POS correctly, you'll need to confirm and check the mapping suggested between the locations in Glu and Lightspeed, you can change them at any time.
