Give your tier a name. Let your brand's tone of voice lead you and don't be afraid to lean into your creative angle — this is your chance to make it your own. Step away from the generic bronze, silver, and gold.
Pricing
Set whether the tier is free or paid.
Status
Keep your tier set to Draft while you're building it out, then switch it to Active when you're happy and ready to go live with your membership plan.
Visibility
Set your tier to Public if you want it visible to everyone who lands on your membership plan page.
Direct gives you a private tier accessible only via a unique link generated on the tier page. Share this directly with recipients and they'll be taken straight to step 1 of the sign-up flow — perfect for sending someone an invitation to an exclusive membership that's been specially curated for them.
Sign up page benefits
This is where you list out all the perks that come with each tier. These are displayed on the membership sign-up page within each tier card, so make them count — a clear, compelling list of benefits can make all the difference when a member is deciding which tier to choose.

Wallet benefits
This is where you choose which benefits appear in a member's wallet, based on their tier. You'll see a list of all the benefits you've created in the Benefits section — if you haven't added any yet, head there now and start getting generous.
Card design
Customise the look of the digital membership card for this tier. Choose a background colour, text colour, and logo to make each tier card feel distinct and on-brand.
🤓 Tip: Use a simplified, square version of your logo to keep the card looking clean and impactful.
Wallet header image
Add a tier-specific image that members will see when they log into their Glu digital wallet to view and interact with their benefits. We always recommend customising as much of the member experience as possible — tailoring content to each tier makes everything feel that little bit more special.
Apple / Google Wallet Pass
Set how your wallet passes look on your members' devices. Choose a background, text, and label colour to make it your own, then upload a custom logo or select one from your existing theme.
Want to go further? Add an image and preview the pass to make sure you're happy with the result before going live.
Once you've worked through all of these steps, your tier is ready to go. Switch the status to Active and it'll be live on your membership plan page for new members to see.
