Before you start building, it's worth taking a moment to think through the shape of your membership plan. A few key questions will help you get the structure right from the start.
Structure
How many tiers will you have? There's no limit — create as many as you need. Tiers can be publicly visible or kept private for a more exclusive feel.
How will you price them? Each tier can be free, paid, or unlocked through a member's usage or spend.
How do members move through tiers? Progression can be based on spend or usage — like a traditional loyalty setup — or members can simply choose and pay for the tier they want..
Benefits
Think about what your plan offers as a whole, and how the benefits differ between tiers. All benefits are created centrally and then assigned to individual tiers. Learn how to setup the available benefits.
