The admin dashboard is always available to redeem gift cards or member credit against a Mews reservation.
Using the admin dashboard
Once you've logged in, use the global search top left and type the guests code in.
You can see details about the credit such as:
The current balance
Status
Validity and expiry
History and previous use
Type the amount you want to use, and click "Assign to reservation", find the reservation using the confirmation number, email address or name of the guest, select it and click "Redeem"
How is this reflected in Mews
Redemptions are posted as payments to the guests profile in Mews using gift card as the payment method, additional data such as the code are attached to the payment in Mews to help with any queries later.
