View and manage customer memberships from the POS

Prerequsites

You'll need to have installed our app on your Shopify shop first.

Add the tile

The most common way to manage customer memberships straight from the POS is to add a tile straight to the home screen of the POS.

  1. Click the "Add tile" option, the last tile on the POS

  2. Goto Apps and select Glu

  3. Add the Membership management tile

  4. Place it on the grid where you and your team would prefer

Viewing a customer

As soon as a customer with an email address is added to the cart, the tile will come to life showing their current tier and balance, you can tap the tile to see a detailed view.

Applying a customers credit or gift cards

In the detailed view simply select the source of credit you want to use and hit apply, it will automatically be applied against their cart.

Hand the customer a physical membership card

The detailed view allows you to enter the code from your physical membership cards and assign it straight to the customer. Their existing membership, credit and anything else assigned to them will immediately be available through that code, you can hand it to the customer.

Give a customer credit

From the same detailed view you can add whatever amounts of credit you'd like for any reason.
