Teams are at the heart of success, and we make it easy to build yours - no matter the size. Every team member is unique, so Glu gives you the freedom to customise user permissions, ensuring everyone has the right tools to succeed whatever their role.
Head to “Settings” and locate the “Users” page - there you'll find everything you need to get your Users setup.
Click the “Create New” button
Enter their name and email address
🤓 Tip: If you plan to use a shared email address i.e. [email protected], then hit the shared tickbox and we’ll make sure not to personalise any messaging to your name.
To set what data and settings the user can view or change, choose “Selected roles” from the permissions dropdown. “All roles” sets up a power users and has no restrictions.

Select the data and settings user can view using the tick boxes available
Click “Save”. And just like that your team has grown.
